Ontario Airport Inn

If you're looking for just a place to sleep that's inexpensive, quiet & nothing fancy this is it. So it wasn't what we expected. On Trust pilot one bad review made us almost cancel our reservation however we had to leave Double Tree Hotel in San Bernardino because of very poor service & conditions of hotel room. Anyway, the front of the building is beautifully landscaped. Palm trees & colorful plants. Once you go in the office the young men are friendly & kind. We went into the room & omg it was like going back in time to the 70s I am amazed how everything was clean & maintained aside from being so vintage. They could upgrade the lamps & add more plugs especially next to the bed. I was amazed how old but super clean the restroom was. They did complimentary soaps, little packages of razors, toothbrushes etc. There's a old school coffee machine which I prefer. There's a fridge with little freezer. There's a microwave. Everything worked. We took our Roku & it fit well. Nice clean carpet & sofa bed even though we didn't open sofa. The closet was a good size & had a iron, ironing board, hangers, top rack. The sink could use a small upgrade but nothing horrible. There's good size mirrors. Even one in shower perfect for shaving or wiping off your make up in shower. The pool area is so tropical & there's a grill to. To bad we couldn't use it but awesome

My stay was quite good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I also appreciated the amenities provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, and even a shoe cleaner). I’ve stayed in many more expensive and exclusive hotels, and none of them had those things. They also offer airport transportation, which is perfect if you’re visiting and have a flight. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall, quite good and recommendable for the price, which isn’t too high.

This is the best deal you are going to find for the price. This is a sweet hotel with all the amenities you need to be comfortable. It is not fancy, but it is clean and welcoming and comfortable. Not dirty or factory issued like most hotels in this price range. Cookies at check-in, lovely landscaping, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. The eggs taste like real eggs and not whatever egg product most places have. I have to come out to this region a lot for work and I always choose this location because as a single woman, I feel safe here and not like an abused customer.

They have an outdoor pool. I enjoyed the jets in the shower. They have handles in shower but none out of the tub, I was afraid I was gonna fall. They have a great hot breakfast until 9 am. Eggs, sausage, boiled eggs too, fruit , cereal, muffins,waffle, toast ,it's all buffet style. A safe in the room , it's not big but it'll work for a purse, wallet, table, cell phone. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, lotion, toothpaste, tooth brush, razor, shoes cleaner, make-up remover. I enjoyed the size of the room not so much the size of bathroom . Trust all the ppl saying in reviews it's WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!

I saw a few bad reviews, but i couldn't disagree more. If you're looking for "fancy", this ain't it. But if you're looking for clean, safe, convenient, and comfortable, this hotel is top notch! I stayed for a total of 5 nights as a single female and NEVER felt unsafe. My only reason for not rating a 5 is the shower head left a lot to be desired and my coffee pot didn't work well. However, there was coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. The bed was extremely comfortable (MEMORY FOAM) and the room and grounds were very clean. The esthetic is quite outdated, but that didn't matter to me. Breakfast was plentiful and CONSTANTLY cleaned and restocked. Security was active and nearly constantly walking the grounds. I rarely saw them sitting or visiting. The property was quiet and close to several restaurants with choices from burgers to Mexican to Dennys to Indian to Asian. I would definitely stay here again. The price can't be beat!

For the price you pay this is a decent place. Yes, the rooms are SERIOUSLY outdated, but the bed is comfortable and it is tidy and clean. Even though it is close to the road, i did not ntice noise. The garden and pool are well maintained. The pool is relatively large and will be an add-on in summer. Breakfast ticked all boxes. It has something for everyone. Some outdoor seating would have been nice. Especially when you put FOX news on in the breakfast room... If they would renovate the rooms they could ask 30-40 dollar more. It might even remove some bad elements such as that pot smoker at the swimming pool.

03-07-26 . . . We have been staying here for OVER 20 years now - we have traveled a LOT ! ! ! While I have read other posts, I must say that, while this INN is NOT A Resort, it is comfortable, clean, well maintained with all the conveniences one needs while traveling. Each and Every time we have stayed here, the owners have done “something extra” to make your visit even more complete. The staff is courteous, efficient, and generally very helpful. You can leave your car for an extended stay AT NO EXTRA CHARGE ! ! ! One travel, we even left our car for Over 30 Days. When we came home, our battery had drained - the car wouldn’t start. Not a problem here, as their security came to us and connected to their car and got us started in a very short time. I, actually my wife and myself, Highly Recommend For you to stay. One night at less than $125, including the parking, is an all American Bargain, with breakfast included ! ! ! I should also mention that they bring you to ONT, and pick you up on your return.
